Zebra Premium Backpacks Giveaway Promotion

Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period: 6 July 2026 to 4 October 2026

  1. ABOUT THIS PROMOTION

This is an independent trade promotion run by Sektor Limited in conjunction with Zebra Technologies Australia Pty Ltd (“Zebra”). The promoter is Sektor Limited (NZCN 2205357), New Zealand (“Sektor”).   1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The “Promotion Period” opens at 12:00 AM NZST on 6 July 2026 and closes on the earlier of (a) 11:59 PM NZST on 4 October 2026; or (b) Sektor’s stock of available Prizes is exhausted.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

Eligible resellers must: (a) hold an active Sektor account in good standing; (b) be an authorised Zebra reseller with Sektor (a “Zebra Reseller”); and (c) meet the minimum Zebra scanner spend threshold within the Promotional Period to be eligible for the corresponding Prize. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Sektor, Zebra, or their related entities, and their immediate family members; or persons or entities based outside New Zealand, are not eligible to participate.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, a Zebra Reseller must meet one of the two qualifying Zebra scanner spending thresholds within the Promotional Period, being (a) $4,000 to receive one premium laptop backpack; or (b) $7,500 to receive two premium laptop backpacks. GST and freight charges do not contribute to the qualifying spending threshold. The qualifying spending threshold applies to all Zebra scan products purchased directly from Sektor met through a single purchase order placed during the Promotional Period. Multiple purchase orders will not be aggregated to reach a threshold, although this Promotion may be combined with Sektor’s scanner bulk buy offer (bulk buy offer is subject to its own separate terms and conditions). Price concessions, deal registrations, demos, OEM products, Zebra scanners purchased directly from Zebra or other Zebra distributors are not eligible.

  1. THE PRIZES AND PRIZE CONDITIONS

There are 24 (twenty-four) premium laptop backpacks in total (each a “Prize”) to give away. Prizes are produced by a third party, are not official Zebra products, and are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash or any other goods or services. Prizes are limited to two premium laptop backpacks for each qualifying Zebra Reseller, and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Any reference to pricing excludes GST unless otherwise specified. Each Zebra Reseller is solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of a Prize. Sektor recommends seeking independent financial or tax advice. The estimated retail value of each Prize is available on request from Sektor.

  1. QUALIFICATION, NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

There is no random draw in this promotion. Winners are determined by qualifying threshold spending measured during the Promotion Period. Sektor’s determination of qualifying spending is final. Winning resellers will be notified via phone and/or email through the most senior contact on Sektor's records, or through the most relevant existing Sektor account manager relationship for Zebra. Sektor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Zebra Reseller and to disqualify any entry involving fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms. Sektor’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding, save that a reseller may request a review of its qualifying spend calculation in writing within five (5) business days of being notified of an outcome. No further correspondence and/or appeal to dispute such decisions will be entertained.

  1. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, AND CANCELLATION

Sektor may modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control, including technical failures, fraud, natural disaster, or regulatory requirements. Where reasonably practicable, Sektor will provide at least seven (7) days’ notice of any material modification to Zebra Resellers by email and/or via Sektor’s website. In urgent circumstances (including fraud or regulatory requirements), notice will be given as soon as reasonably practicable.

  1. PRIVACY

Sektor collects Zebra Reseller order and contact information to administer this promotion, including verifying qualifying spend and arranging delivery of Prizes. Sektor handles all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Sektor’s Privacy Policy is available at https://www.sektor.co.nz/privacy-policy.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sektor excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising in connection with this promotion, including from delivery delays or defects in giveaway items supplied by a third-party manufacturer, or matters outside Sektor’s control. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or other applicable New Zealand legislation.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This promotion and these terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
